It doesn't line up right, but those last couple things are chords, in case there's any confusion, I'm sure you can figure it out.
If you listen, he essentially varies this one riff throughout the song. There are at least two guitar parts, it seems like one is playing the bass notes and another is playing the chords. The chorus has a more full sound I think...my headphones are fading out now though, its tough to hear.
In the second verse and chorus he adds in this part, its a nice little complement to the main riff:

Thats about it really. You should be able to play around with the main ideas to play it more accurately. I've picked up bits and pieces from the solo, if I had to play it I would just improvise in E minor for now.

You're on your own for the noises he makes at the end. Just mix feedback and random noises in with soloing in E minor...just do your own thing.
